2. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Shades Antwerp webshop.
By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.
3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue items at any time without prior notice.
Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance only. Slight variations in color or detail may occur due to screen settings or production differences.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
An order is considered binding once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, you will be contacted and given the option to proceed with the corrected price or receive a refund.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Shades Antwerp is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at anne@shades-antwerp.be within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
8. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email anne@shades-antwerp.be within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. We will reply within 48 hours with further instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and issued via the original payment method.
If returned items are damaged, dirty, or visibly worn, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
If your return is accepted, the full product amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 30 days.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
9. Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Exchange shipping fees are the same as the original shipping charges, and payment is required before we can ship any exchange.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at anne@shades-antwerp.be with your order number and clear photos.
If the issue is our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
11. Liability
Shades Antwerp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our webshop or products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Belgian or EU consumer law.
