We want you to truly love your Shades Antwerp piece. If something doesn’t feel quite right, no worries — returns are easy.

Returns & Refunds

Returns Shipping & refunds

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, simply email anne@shades-antwerp.be within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. We’ll reply within 48 hours with the next steps.

 

 


  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless we made a mistake or your item is faulty.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • For extra peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and issued via your original payment method.

  • If returned items are damaged, dirty, visibly worn or washed we reserve the right to refuse the return.

  • Please send the return with all tags attached 

  • If your return is accepted, the full product amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 30 days.

Something Not Right?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at anne@shades-antwerp.be with your order number and clear photos.
If it’s our mistake, we’ll fix it and cover the return shipping costs.
